1)Get a good night sleep, at least 8-9 hours each night. 2)Spend time with family, maybe talk to them or watch a movie with them 3)doing something you like to do, for example drawing/coloring, playing games, or cooking 4)not spending time on your phone for while, like putting it on silent and doing something else for 1-2 hours. 5)If you have pets, spend time with them, play with them for a while. 6)Take at least 15-20 minute walks outside of your house and spend time with nature. 7)take a few minutes sitting down outside when its a beautiful day. 8)Try doing something new, for example, going out with friends 9)eat more healthy, not eating too much junk food and try eating foods good for your body and brain 10)Make your bed in the morning, this can help you get like in a good mood in the morning by having something done. 11) spend time alone if needed, to relax 12)Set goals for yourself on how you can improve and on stuff you want to work one 13)Don't say bad stuff about yourself or judge/blame yourself 14)Try to not stress out and worry about stuff that hasn't happened yet 15)Be able to talk to someone about how your feeling
